Processing time depends on the complexity of the product but typically takes 3-5 days. Shipping times vary based on your location.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

We strive to use eco-friendly materials and sustainable production methods whenever possible.

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
